Magnesium sprays have irritated my skin inthe past but not this one. It is gentle but WOW! I am getting the best sleep I've had in years, since I started using this product. I suffer from restless legs and I have a tendency to clench my arms and jaw while sleeping - not any more. This product is THE BEST!!! Hands down, bar none.
